What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and financial software applications. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting customers.
