What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a bilingual role. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are comfortable using computer systems and financial software to manage customer accounts. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial institution or call center environment. - Knowledge of investment products, retirement accounts, or insurance. - Certification in financial services or customer service excellence. - Ability to handle complex customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
