What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or financial services. - Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly. - Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism.
