What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You have bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You have the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. - You are comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial institution or call center environment. - Knowledge of financial products such as retirement accounts, investments, or insurance. - Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services. - Additional language skills beyond English and Spanish.
