Your purpose is to assist clients with their financial inquiries and transactions, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will provide accurate and timely financial information and support to customers in both English and Spanish. - You will resolve customer inquiries related to accounts, transactions, and financial products. - You will assist customers in navigating online platforms and tools. - You will identify opportunities to educate customers about Fidelity’s products and services. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. - You will adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and best practices. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and financial software. - You have the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial institution or call center environment. - Knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
