What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing clear and accurate financial information. - You will assist customers with account management, transactions, and problem resolution. - You will educate clients on Fidelity’s products and services to help them make informed financial decisions. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues efficiently. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial regulations and company policies. - You will document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the system. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service quality. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and various software applications. - You possess a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a bilingual financial services environment. - Knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts. - Familiarity with CRM systems and financial software. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
