What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working with financial software and CRM systems. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in the financial industry or investment services. - Knowledge of retirement accounts, mutual funds, or brokerage services. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Experience working in a fast-paced call center environment.
