What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services. - You are fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You have strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using computer systems and financial software. - You demonstrate empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
