Your purpose is to deliver personalized service that helps clients manage their investments and financial needs effectively. What You'll Do: - You will assist customers with their financial inquiries and provide accurate information about Fidelity’s products and services. - You will resolve customer issues promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish to support a diverse client base. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. - You will document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems. - You will stay informed about industry trends and Fidelity’s offerings to provide knowledgeable support. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. - You demonstrate a customer-first mindset and the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial institution or investment environment. - Knowledge of financial products such as mutual funds, retirement accounts, or brokerage services. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance and data privacy standards.
