What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working with financial software and technology platforms. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs. - You have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
