What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and learning new software platforms. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when assisting customers. - You have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
