Role Overview: As a Bilingual Financial Customer Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional financial support to our Spanish-speaking customers. Your purpose is to provide clear, accurate, and empathetic assistance, helping clients navigate their financial needs and enhancing their overall experience with Fidelity. What You'll Do: - You will respond to customer inquiries in both Spanish and English, providing timely and accurate financial information. - You will assist customers with account management, transactions, and problem resolution. - You will educate clients on Fidelity’s products and services to help them make informed financial decisions. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements to ensure customer data security. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a bilingual role. - You have fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working with financial software and technology platforms. - You demonstrate empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in the financial services industry. - Knowledge of investment products and financial regulations. - Previous experience in a call center or client-facing role. - Additional language skills beyond Spanish and English.
