What You'll Do: - You will assist customers with their financial inquiries and provide accurate information about Fidelity’s products and services. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will communicate clearly in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. - You will document customer interactions and transactions accurately in our systems. - You will stay informed about industry trends and Fidelity’s offerings to provide up-to-date advice. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You are fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable using technology and learning new software applications. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when dealing with customers. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial institution or call center environment. - Knowledge of investment products and financial planning concepts. - Bilingual certification or formal language training. - Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
