What You'll Do: - You will assist customers with their financial inquiries and provide accurate information about Fidelity’s products and services. - You will resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy. - You will document customer interactions and transactions thoroughly to ensure accurate records. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. - You will stay informed about industry trends and Fidelity’s offerings to provide knowledgeable support. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and best practices. - You will meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call handling. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in financial services. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to explain complex information clearly. - You are proficient with computer systems and able to learn new software quickly. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. - You have a high school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a financial services environment. - Knowledge of investment products and financial terminology. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish or other commonly spoken languages. - Previous experience with CRM or customer support software.
