What You'll Do: - You will provide licensed financial advice and support to clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. - You will deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - You will participate in personalized training and development programs to enhance your skills. - You will collaborate with team members and other departments to deliver seamless client experiences. - You will manage client accounts, including transactions and documentation. - You will stay informed about financial products, market trends, and company policies. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. What You Bring: - You bring 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You hold or are willing to obtain relevant financial licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
