What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You possess or are willing to obtain relevant financial licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63). - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. - You have a commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial planning or investment products. - Previous experience in a call center or client-facing role. - Knowledge of Fidelity’s products and services. - Additional certifications related to finance or customer service.
