What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services roles. - You possess or are willing to obtain relevant licensing (e.g., FINRA Series 6 or 7). - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping others. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - You have basic proficiency with technology and financial software. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in financial services or banking. - Additional licenses or certifications related to finance. - Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools. - A degree in finance, business, or a related field.
