What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You hold or are willing to obtain relevant financial licenses (e.g., Series 6, Series 7). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are motivated to learn and grow within the financial services industry. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a call center or client-facing role. - Knowledge of investment products and financial planning. - Familiarity with CRM software and financial technology platforms. - A proactive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.
