What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You hold or are willing to obtain relevant financial licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - You demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in financial advising or brokerage services. - Knowledge of Fidelity’s products and financial markets. - Experience with CRM software and client management tools. - Additional certifications related to finance or customer service.
