What You'll Do: - You will provide outstanding customer service to clients, addressing their financial needs and inquiries with professionalism and care. - You will utilize your licensing to offer informed guidance on Fidelity’s products and services. - You will participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance your financial knowledge and customer interaction skills. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to continuously improve client experiences. - You will manage client relationships by maintaining accurate records and following up on client requests. - You will identify opportunities to cross-sell and promote Fidelity’s offerings to meet client goals. - You will adhere to compliance and regulatory standards to ensure ethical and secure client interactions. - You will engage in ongoing career development activities to build a strong foundation for future roles within Fidelity. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You hold or are willing to obtain relevant financial licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 63). - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. - You demonstrate a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in financial advising or brokerage services. - Knowledge of Fidelity’s products and financial markets. - Experience with CRM software and client management tools. - Additional certifications related to finance or customer service.
