What You'll Do: - You will provide outstanding service to clients by addressing their financial needs and inquiries. - You will build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving. - You will complete required licensing and training to enhance your professional qualifications. - You will collaborate with team members and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences. - You will utilize Fidelity’s tools and resources to support client financial goals. - You will participate in ongoing development programs to refine your skills and knowledge. - You will manage client accounts with accuracy and attention to detail. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by sharing insights and feedback. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are motivated to obtain or already hold relevant financial licenses. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with financial products or investment services. - Previous licensing such as Series 7 or Series 63. - Background in sales or client relationship management. - Familiarity with CRM software and financial planning tools.
