What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services roles. - Licenses such as Series 7 or Series 63 are preferred or a willingness to obtain them. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proficiency with technology and comfort using multiple software platforms. - High school diploma or equivalent; further education in finance or related fields is a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in a financial services or investment environment. - Additional licenses or certifications related to financial advising or customer service. - Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting. - Bilingual skills or experience working with diverse client populations.
