What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Ability to obtain and maintain relevant financial licenses. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset. - Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Proficiency with technology and willingness to learn new systems. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the financial services industry. - Previous licensing such as Series 6 or Series 7. - Background in sales or client relationship management. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
