What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in customer service or financial services, preferably in a licensed capacity. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. - You demonstrate a commitment to learning and professional development. - You have basic knowledge of financial products and services or a willingness to obtain necessary licenses. - You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple client interactions simultaneously. Bonus Points If You Have: - Previous experience in a financial services call center or client-facing role. - Licenses such as Series 7, Series 63, or equivalent. - Proficiency with CRM software and financial technology platforms. - Bilingual abilities or experience working with diverse client populations.
