What You Bring: - You bring 2+ years of experience in client services or financial services. - You have strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You possess proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have a basic understanding of investment products and financial markets. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Fidelity’s platforms or similar financial technology. - Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry standards. - Additional certifications such as FINRA Series 7 or 63. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse client needs.
