What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or banking roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. - Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or related field is a plus.
