What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, or customer service roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. - Proficiency in using financial software and CRM systems. - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
