The Opportunity We’re hiring a Director of Internal & Executive Communications to lead communication for our Product team within our Software organization and support our Software Leadership team. In this role, you’ll largely focus on Product by shaping how we tell our innovation story, communicate product strategy and launches, and support leaders in aligning, informing, and inspiring their teams. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, GTM (Marketing and Sales), and the Software Leadership Team to create a predictable, engaging communication rhythm that brings clarity and connection across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to influence how employees understand our strategy, our technology, and our future direction." - Corporate Communications - Sr. Director What You’ll Contribute • Help drive internal communications for the Software organization and lead communication for the Product organization. • Develop and deliver Product and roadmap updates, launch messaging, leadership communication and enablement kits. • Translate technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives for broad audiences. • Create a consistent leadership cadence, including regular leadership calls and quarterly all-hands. • Draft talk tracks, scripts, and messaging that connect strategy to action. • Build narratives that bring vision, innovation, and product strategy to life. • Support cross-business storytelling that strengthens the One FICO mindset. • Partner with Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, GTM (Marketing and Sales), Operations, and HR. • Align internal communication with major launches, customer wins, and external moments. • Deliver high-quality content across announcements, FAQs, all-hands materials, blogs, and campaigns. • Manage content calendars and ensure timely, consistent delivery. • Contribute to internal campaigns that celebrate innovation, excellence, and culture. What We’re Seeking • 7+ years of experience in internal, executive, product, or technology communications. • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity and communicate with clarity. • Experience supporting senior and Executive leaders with high-quality messaging. • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives that drive alignment and inspire action. • Strong experience developing end-to-end communication plans that support business priorities and major initiatives. • Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams. • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity. • A strategic thinker who can connect the dots and a creative communicator who can bring ideas to life.
