ob Summary Willamette Smart Solutions is looking for a results-driven Instagram & Content Manager who can turn content into real leads and help convert those leads into sales. This role is not just about posting. It is about making our brand look premium, attracting the right clients, generating inquiries, and helping move those inquiries into booked jobs and paying customers. We provide high-end services throughout the Willamette Valley including: • WiFi mesh systems and network optimization • Starlink installation and setup • Camera and security systems • Smart home automation • IT support and cybersecurity packages What You’ll Do • Manage and grow our Instagram account • Create content such as photos, videos, reels, and posts showcasing real work • Post before-and-after installs, WiFi upgrades, camera setups, and smart home projects • Write captions that drive messages, calls, and bookings • Respond to DMs and inquiries professionally • Help turn social media conversations and inbound leads into booked consultations and sales • Improve the overall look and professionalism of our page • Help position us as a premium smart technology company in the Willamette Valley What We’re Looking For • Experience managing Instagram for a business or brand • Ability to create content that generates leads, not just likes • Confidence communicating with prospects and helping move them toward a sale • Strong sense of branding and making a business look professional • Comfortable creating content with a phone or basic tools • Self-motivated and able to work independently Important This is a performance-focused role. We are not looking for someone to just post content. We are looking for someone who can help us attract clients, generate leads, and help convert those leads into sales.
