Position Overview: The Project Management Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Project Manager in coordinating and tracking project activities, documentation, communications, and deliverables. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities and contribute to the smooth execution of projects with limited supervision. Responsibilities: • Prepare, edit, and distribute meeting agendas, notes, and progress reports. • Support documentation management by maintaining project files, logs, and change records. • Help monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. • Track account requests for employees, ensuring accuracy and timely completion. • Assist with cost estimates and project budget tracking in coordination with the Project Manager. • Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, and stakeholders. • Gather data and assist in preparing status updates, dashboards, or presentations. • Provide general administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and maintaining contact lists. • Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
