Clinical Program Manager (LICSW – Behavioral Health, Hybrid) Location: Brookline, MA Compensation: $85,000–$92,000 annually Schedule: Full-time • 2 remote days • Fridays 9 AM–5 PM or flexible • Two evenings 11 AM–7 PM About the Program Join a mission-driven behavioral health organization dedicated to helping adults with mental health challenges build independence, stability, and connection. Our community-based model blends structured support, trauma-informed care, and collaborative treatment planning. With both residential and outreach programs, we work closely with outpatient providers to ensure clients receive coordinated, holistic, and continuous care. Role Overview We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to serve as a Senior Clinician / Program Manager. This hybrid leadership role combines direct clinical work with staff supervision and program oversight. You’ll guide service delivery, support team development, and contribute to a supportive environment rooted in recovery-oriented care. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys balancing client work with leadership responsibilities while maintaining a flexible schedule and a collaborative team culture.
