Requires 10+ years in business strategy or process improvement, leadership experience, Lean/Six Sigma certification, and familiarity with automation technologies.
Job Description: • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide process improvement strategy • Develop, implement, and monitor KPI’s to track team performance, company efficiency and report benefit realization • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by developing enterprise-wide toolsets, create strong organizational relationships, and delivering on process improvement engagements • Advise executive leadership on operational efficiency opportunities • Prioritize engagements that maximize organizational value through an effective enterprise governance process • Drive best practices across team through leadership and coaching, stakeholder education, and project guidance • Design and implement future-state processes using innovative problem solving strategies • Analyze organization business needs, working with SME's and users to discuss solutions and develop a plan • Identify and evaluate automation opportunities leveraging RPA, AI, and emerging technologies Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required • 10+ years' experience in business strategy or process improvement projects • 5+ years’ experience leading high performing teams • Practical application of Lean/Six Sigma and/or TQM process evaluation • Proven track record of personally executing complex process improvement initiatives while developing others • Certification in either Lean or Six Sigma • Agile certification a plus Benefits: • Flexible work arrangements • Employee-centric environment
