We’re looking for a& Customer Success Assistant who thrives at the intersection of client support and revenue expansion. In this role, you’ll be the go-to partner for a portfolio of clients—helping them realize the full value of our product while identifying opportunities for upsells, renewals, and long-term retention. This isn’t just support—it’s about becoming a trusted advisor, guiding strategic conversations, and driving measurable outcomes for both the customer and the business.
