Sell lead generation services to insurance agents and agencies remotely through outreach and communication, maintaining records and collaborating with the sales team.
Experience in customer service or sales, knowledge of insurance and lead generation, proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred), strong communication and negotiation skills, and understanding of TCPA and DNC laws.

Understanding the sales lead process is a must! Understanding insurance is a plus! We are a marketing/advertising lead generation service looking for motivated remote salespeople for commission based positions. Must have knowledge of lead generation and the ability to sell the product to individual agents, agencies and other industries where lead generation is a must! You are not required to generate the leads you sell. You are only required to sell the services we (Fex insurance leads) offer. Pay will be per service sold, bi-weekly. Commission will be based off the product you sell Previous sales history is a plus but not required as long as you have an understanding of what we offer and an understanding of the lead generation process for insurance, real estate and other sales positions regarding leads ```Duties``` - Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries - Use various techniques to gather contact information of potential customers - Reach out to potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media platforms - Qualify prospects by assessing their needs and interest in the company's products or services - Collaborate with the sales team - Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions - Provide regular reports on activities and progress -Social media outreach ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development roles - Proficiency in using Salesforce or other CRM software - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Bi-lingual is a major plus, Spanish and English - Strong knowledge of insurance and real estate sales and understanding of technical products/services - Ability to negotiate and persuade potential customers effectively - Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve targets and meet deadlines - Understanding tcpa and dnc laws Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
