Role Overview As a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for entrepreneurs, partners, and stakeholders engaging with Fetola. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and Fetola's commitment to excellence. This is a remote role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a global mission from anywhere. Key Responsibilities • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and virtual platforms. • Provide clear, professional, and friendly guidance to entrepreneurs and partners. • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in Fetola's CRM systems. • Assist in onboarding new SMEs and partners, ensuring a smooth experience. • Support program coordination, workshops, and mentorship initiatives as needed. • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client concerns effectively. • Deliver regular feedback and insights to management to improve client service. Requirements & Qualifications • 1-2 years of customer service or receptionist experience (remote experience a plus). • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational abilities. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack, etc.). • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Passion for providing excellent client service and supporting business growth.
