At Fervalle, a company specializing in the manufacture of plant nutrition and protection solutions, we are looking for an Agricultural Production Technician with solid agronomic experience and the ability to support the opening of new markets and technical maintenance for customers. What will you do on a daily basis? Your main mission will be to improve crop productivity and health in the assigned areas, providing advanced technical support to farmers, distributors, and sales teams. Your duties will include: 🔹 Providing specialized technical and agronomic advice on nutrition, management, cultivation programs, and solutions to production problems. 🔹 Diagnosing and monitoring farms (technical visits, data analysis, planning improvement strategies). 🔹 Supporting the implementation and adaptation of our products in the field, validations, and protocol implementation. 🔹 Prospecting and opening new markets both nationally and internationally. 🔹 Technical maintenance of customers and distributors, ensuring their loyalty and growth. 🔹 Training sales teams and distributors on products, technologies, and applications. 🔹 Joint planning of sales and technical marketing actions in target areas. What are we looking for? ✓ Agricultural engineer or similar. ✓ Minimum 10 years of experience in agricultural consulting, agricultural production, or technical marketing of fertilizers/biostimulants. ✓ High technical level, analytical skills, and results-oriented. ✓ Real field experience in mainly fruit, critical, and horticultural crops. ✓ Communication skills, training leadership, and customer management.
