What You’ll Do • Lead & Oversee Delivery Teams: Manage up to 30 team members (7 direct reports) across Podcast, Digest, and Advertising fulfillment. • Maintain Profitability: Keep gross margins above 80% and ensure every engagement achieves target profitability. • Optimize Systems: Streamline and document fulfillment workflows in Asana and related tools for consistency and efficiency. • Develop Talent: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members aligned with company values and outcomes. • Delight Clients: Achieve 75%+ retention and maintain 9/10 satisfaction scores through proactive communication and measurable results. • Build for Scale: Create a 2:1 reserve ratio for delivery roles, ensuring the team is always ready to grow. What You’ll Bring • Proven experience in operations, project management, or delivery leadership—ideally in media, marketing, or professional services. • Strong grasp of systems, processes, and financial metrics (utilization, cost tracking, margins). • Experience managing remote, cross-functional teams. • Comfort with tools like Asana, Loom, and Google Workspace. • A passion for leading people, not just projects—coaching others toward consistent excellence.
