At Fertility Bridge, we’re looking for a Client Relationship Manager to support our growing list of sponsors and advertisers in the fertility industry. You’ll be the go-to liaison for clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables are met, relationships are nurtured, and campaigns are executed smoothly. “Wow! If you can deliver the following outcomes, you may have found your ideal role: • Seamless Advertiser Onboarding • Onboard up to 10 new advertisers/month • Collect intake forms, coordinate interviews, and liaise with key stakeholders (Strategists, Account Managers, Traffic Coordinators) • Proactively manage timelines, deliverables, and questions—you're the advertiser's main point of contact • Flawless Campaign Execution • Ensure all sponsor requirements (agreements, payments, creative assets) are received, approved, and delivered on time • Take initiative to follow up with advertisers and keep things moving • Exceptional Advertiser Experience • Maintain advertiser satisfaction at >9/10 or >4.5/5 • Serve as the primary contact for strategy, insights, and relationship management • Respond to all advertiser communications within 3 business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST) Tools & Support You’ll Have: We’ve built a foundation to help you succeed: • Asana for project tracking • G Suite, including templates and shared drives • Sales Assistant to help transition deals post-sale • Production Project Manager for podcast and media deliverables • Operations Manager, SOPs, Loom videos, Brand Guide, Media Kit • Founder support for upsells and strategic direction • Access to the IRH Content Playbook, podcasts, industry reports, and more Plus, comprehensive training materials and a library of resources to get you up to speed fast. What We’re Still Improving (and Need Your Help With): We’re honest about where we are and what we’re building: • Our onboarding and asset collection process is being rebuilt—you’ll need to communicate and adapt • We’re refining approval workflows and internal handoffs from Sales to Delivery • As our traffic and reporting systems grow, you may help shape their evolution • Strategy support is currently limited to our founder—your insights and leadership will be valuable What You Don’t Have to Do: • No selling – all deals are already closed • No upselling or renewals – our Founder handles those • No creative execution – you’re coordinating and managing, not designing Requirements: • 5+ years of client-facing project or account management experience • Strong organizational and communication skills • Confidence working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment • A commitment to responsiveness and excellence • Experience with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and video conferencing Position Details: • Part-time (Flexible schedule within EST business hours) • Remote • Ideal for experienced professionals stepping back from full-time work but wanting to stay engaged and impactful Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 per hour Work Location: Remote
