What You'll Do: - You will answer and resolve urgent and emergency customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will serve as a customer advocate, ensuring their concerns are heard and recorded accurately in support systems. - You will assist other departments with data entry tasks, maintaining accuracy and efficiency. - You will manage customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. - You will collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. - You will contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing feedback. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively. - Proficiency with customer support software and data entry tools. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the energy or utilities industry. - Familiarity with emergency response protocols. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working in a call center environment.
