You will act as a customer advocate, providing support and feedback to improve service quality while collaborating with various departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will answer and resolve urgent and emergency customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will serve as a customer advocate, accurately recording feedback and concerns in support systems. - You will assist other departments with data entry tasks to support operational efficiency. - You will manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service. - You will communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing customer insights. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. - You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. - You have proficiency with data entry and customer support software. - You demonstrate empathy and patience when handling customer concerns. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the energy or utilities industry. - Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience handling emergency or urgent customer calls.
