You will act as a customer advocate, providing support and feedback to improve service quality while collaborating with various departments in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will answer and resolve urgent and emergency customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will serve as a customer advocate, accurately recording feedback and concerns in support systems. - You will assist other departments with data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information. - You will manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely responses. - You will communicate clearly and effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from customer interactions. - You will maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
