You will serve as a customer advocate, providing support and feedback to improve service quality while working collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will answer and resolve urgent and emergency customer calls with professionalism and empathy. - You will serve as a customer advocate, accurately recording customer feedback in support systems. - You will assist other departments with data entry tasks to support operational efficiency. - You will manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, maintaining attention to detail. - You will communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from customer interactions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to assist customers effectively. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle urgent situations calmly. - Proficiency in data entry and experience with customer support software or CRM systems. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
