This part-time position requires you to handle urgent and emergency calls, advocate for customers, and assist various departments with data entry in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do: - You will answer and resolve urgent and emergency customer calls promptly and professionally. - You will serve as a customer advocate, recording feedback accurately in support systems. - You will assist other departments with data entry tasks to maintain accurate records. - You will manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. - You will communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to resolve issues. - You will collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. - You will maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
