This part-time position requires you to handle urgent and emergency calls, advocate for customers, and assist various departments with data entry and administrative tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. What You Bring: - You have at least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. - You are proficient with data entry and familiar with customer support software. - You demonstrate the ability to handle urgent situations calmly and effectively. - You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
