Duties • Coordinate and oversee daily logistics operations, including shipment scheduling, tracking, and delivery confirmation to ensure timely and accurate service. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and carriers through regular communication, and personalized support. • Lead negotiations with vendors and partners to secure optimal terms, pricing, and service levels that benefit both the company and clients. • Identify new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and proactive outreach to potential clients in the B2B sales space. • Manage key accounts by providing tailored solutions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective account management strategies. • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions, analyze sales data, and streamline communication workflows for maximum efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams on technical sales initiatives related to logistics technology solutions, ensuring client needs are met with innovative offerings. • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches, improve service delivery, and support ongoing business development efforts. Qualifications • Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or account management within logistics or related industries. • Strong business development skills with a track record of expanding client portfolios through strategic outreach. • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively engage clients and internal teams. • Demonstrated ability in analysis skills for market research, sales forecasting, and performance metrics evaluation. • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage customer relationships efficiently. • Experience in marketing or technology sales is a plus—especially those involving logistics solutions or supply chain technology. • Ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating seamlessly within a team environment.
