If you want to be part of creating a disruptive wave in female health you have come to the right place! ⚡️ YOUR MISSION As a Customer Success Agent at inne, your mission will be to: • Act as the key point of contact for our existing and potential customers, providing expertise and support on customer questions and requests • Create delightful experiences and develop lasting relationships with customers via phone or video calls, emails, live chats, and text messages • Collaborate with other teams to improve our customer support processes and to better understand our customers' needs • Maintain expert-level knowledge of our products, as well as curiosity and awareness of new initiatives within the company ABOUT YOU You definitely have/are: • At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g. customer support, sales, etc.) • Effective communication and active listening skills • Friendliness, warm empathy and professionalism • Continuous improvement and problem-solving mentality • Very structured, detail-oriented and self-organised • Interested in understanding new technologies in-depth and can take complex subjects and make them easy to understand for a regular audience • Eager to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced and international team • A positive work spirit and desire to have fun while learning • Native German-speaking skills • Fluent English-speaking skills It'd be nice if you also have: • Experience using Zendesk or a similar ticketing system • Passion for female and menstrual health subjects ❤️ WORKING WITH US Being part of our team means joining an expedition.
