We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Customer Service / Receptionist to join our team. In this front-facing role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate effectively. They will also need to be bilingual in English and Spanish. In addition to traditional receptionist duties, you will also support the team by preparing and typing proposals and handling other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a warm and professional manner • Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously • Prepare, format, and type proposals and other business documents accurately • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries • Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area • Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff as needed • Maintain appointment schedules and calendars • Ensure all customer inquiries are handled efficiently and with a high level of service • Processing customer service warranty work orders, and working with operations to schedule work. • Daily follow ups with home owners on scheduling inspections and work. Qualifications: • Bilingual – English & Spanish • Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is required • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.) • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • High attention to detail and strong typing skills Preferred Traits: • Positive, friendly, and enthusiastic personality • Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks Schedule: • 7am – 3:30pm Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Application Question(s): • Are you bilingual in English and Spanish?
