The Engineering Team builds the technology that keeps Fello running. We’re the group behind the systems that connect every part of the business — from inventory and orders to client tools and reporting. Right now, we’re building our next-generation internal platform, IMS, and relaunching our website as part of a company-wide tech refresh. Description What you will do: • Assist in the development and maintenance of internal software tools and web applications • Support the creation of integrations with third-party platforms such as HubSpot, QuickBooks, Google Analytics, and shipping carriers • Help test and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality and performance • Contribute to improving deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure • Write basic queries and work with databases to support internal reporting needs • Collaborate with engineers, operations and other departments to support active projects • Participate in code reviews and learn industry best practices for software development. Required Skills: • Exposure to web development and software engineering • Basic knowledge of one or more programming languages (PHP, JavaScript, Python, etc.) • Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web frameworks (React, Vue, or Laravel a plus) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code Education Or Experience with: • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field • Coursework or Bootcamp experience with databases (MySQL preferred) and cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or similar) is a plus Internship Components: • This Internship will be a 3-month internship that provides learning all aspects of the Engineering team. • Internship is non-paid and for school credits
