Overview FWI is building a team to provide program management and analytical support services for change management, strategic planning, business transformation, and initiative management across the U.S. Coast Guard Personnel Service Center. As a Senior Project Manager, you will direct multiple complex projects while providing initiative management, process improvement support, and quality compliance oversight. Some hybrid work may be allowed. Responsibilities Direct multiple complex projects simultaneously Provide initiative management and process improvement support Deliver executive coaching services Review work products for quality and compliance Support strategic planning and analysis activities Facilitate project portfolio management Conduct business transformation and initiative management tasks Develop and maintain performance measurement frameworks Travel may be required and include locations throughout CONUS, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Specific destinations include Topeka, KS and Chesapeake, VA. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field PMP or DHS mid-level PM certification (or equivalent) 7 years of relevant experience; OR 5 years with a Master's degree or higher Relevant experience providing direct support of USCG or other Government agencies supporting missions related to national security, homeland security, or law enforcement Experience with program and project management, meeting facilitation, strategic communications, and organizational change management Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Office365, and SharePoint FWI is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/vets.
