Position Overview: FedSync is seeking an experienced Junior Financial Analyst to provide comprehensive support in customer service, debt referral, financial management, paralegal, and debt collection services for federal and state organizations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is capable of meeting critical deadlines. Key Responsibilities: • Perform skip tracing and organize supporting documents • Perform financial statement reviews • Contact debtor for missing information or clarification needed for financial reviews • Prepare and submit cases to the Department of Justice (DOJ) • Perform various analytical and organizational task as needed/requested • Work with Debt Collection Management System (DMCS), and/or other systems to perform debt collection. • Prepare debt calculations based on contracts, grants, promissory notes, payments, etc. • Prepare Certificates of Indebtedness (COI) and Claims Collection Litigation Reports (CCLR) • Request final letters and file reconstruction • Analyze debtor program files and debtor data • Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed/requested • Make any necessary adjustments to documents as per notes from reviews. • Various meetings and training sessions • Print and upload documents to Eflow as needed for case preparations. • Peer case reviews Qualifications: Requirements: • U.S. Citizenship (required) • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial management, paralegal, or debt collection for federal/state organizations/agencies • Strong ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while delivering high-quality work • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Word.
