Bachelor’s degree, 2-5 years IT program management experience, technical background in process improvement, proficiency in project management tools, excellent communication, and PMP certification preferred.

About the Role The White Glove Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals. Are completed on time and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. A White Glove Program Manager at FSS must think outside the box; you will juggle tasks from customers, vendors, and associates to always ensure successful delivery. Customer Policy & Program Oversight • Maintain customer policies, goals, and objectives across all programs. • Analyze and align program strategies with customer expectations and business goals. • Ensure customer projects are properly set up, meticulously planned, and professionally executed throughout the project lifecycle. • Monitor program margins to keep them within budget limits, minimizing risks and maintaining profitability. Risk Management • Manage customer risks by proactively identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies. • Lead program escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Stakeholder Communication • Ensure successful stakeholder communication by maintaining clear, high-level communication with customers, leadership, and internal teams. • Provide regular updates and ensure alignment and transparency across all project phases. Project Execution & Milestones • Ensure project milestones are met by leading the planning, execution, and tracking of projects. • Drive high-quality execution and low-cost solutions while maintaining SLAs. • Coordinate with project teams and technicians to ensure proper execution, follow-up, and close-out of all project tasks. Customer Reporting & Performance Tracking • Deliver customer reporting responsibilities, including defining KPIs and regularly reporting on project progress, outcomes, and impact. • Maintain program margins and ensure profitability through detailed analysis and oversight. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with stakeholders across all teams to align project goals and remove roadblocks. • Work with internal teams to allocate resources effectively, balancing priorities across multiple initiatives. Process & Change Management • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. • Support teams through change management transitions by providing structured project plans and ensuring alignment on new processes or strategies. Who We Are Looking For A strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing complex programs from inception to completion. Someone who excels at removing obstacles, coordinating with team members, planning ahead for future projects, and anticipating future needs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • 2–5 years of experience as a Program Manager in the information technology sector • Technical background with experience in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives • Proficiency in program management methodologies and project management tools • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders • Effective problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management software • PMP certification (preferred) Our Benefits: Competitive Compensation Remote or Hybrid Positions Focus on Culture and Employee Engagement: Emphasizing work-life balance.
